Delete your Lena Fit account

This page explains how to delete your Lena Fit account and the personal data associated with it. Lena Fit is provided by "J-grupa" SIA.

Delete your account from within the app

1. Open the Lena Fit app.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@lenafit.lv from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will process the request and confirm by email.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personal data, including:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Profile data (gender, age, weight, goals, experience level)
• Workout and plan progress
• Nutrition selections and meal logs
• Weight history
• Notification preferences

What data is kept

We do not retain personal data after deletion. Limited records may be kept only where required by law (e.g. accounting/tax records), in anonymized or legally mandated form.

Retention period

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
